Comm. Lee moved, seconded by Comm. Ito, to amend the motion by striking “$1,200,000” and inserting “$950,000”. On a recorded roll-call vote the motion carried, 4–1.

Agenda/packet suites manage documents. Electronic roll-call systems need installed hardware. Neither shows a live, nested pending-question tree with correct precedence.
